Alex Revers is a director with a passion for character-driven storytelling and cinematic imagery. His work explores the connection between people, places and cultures, bringing authentic human stories to life through a strong visual approach.
With a background in directing both commercial productions and documentary-driven content, Alex moves between the worlds of branded storytelling, travel and documentary filmmaking. Whether working with brands or exploring unfamiliar places, he is drawn to compelling characters, unexpected encounters and stories that offer a different perspective on the world.
After six years working on the Dutch travel series 3 op Reis, Alex continues to explore and expand his visual language and approach to storytelling through a new series, VOJA, together with presenter Chris Zegers.
A cinematic, character-driven travel series that goes beyond traditional travel storytelling, focusing on the people, cultures and personal stories that give each destination its identity. Through intimate encounters and compelling visuals, Alex and Chris explore the world from a human perspective, capturing not just the places they visit, but the stories that make them meaningful.
